Where reasonably practicable, we collect personal information directly from you, for example when you make a booking, contact us, enquire about a property or become a property owner client.

We may also receive information from third parties, such as booking platforms, property owners, payment providers and other service providers.

 

Where we collect personal information indirectly, we will comply with the applicable requirements of the Privacy Act 2020, including Information Privacy

  • Communicate with you before, during and after your stay

  • Protect the safety and security of our guests, properties and systems
