ONLINE MANAGEMENT
We manage the online listing of your property- from creating the initial listing to price optimisation.

Each month we will provide you with a clear transparent breakdown of all earnings from your properties. You will also be able to see occupancy and night rates
GUEST CHECK-IN
We will arrange for the guests to have a smooth, hassle-free check in and make sure they know all about the specific details of your property
RENTAL MARKET
We maximise occupancy by marketing your property through Airbnb and our website
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
We will arrange for any maintenance& cleaning that the property may need, supply clients with all the relevant products to get started such as bed linen, towels and toiletries.
PRICING
Our commission depends of the level of service we provide. Please contact our team for more information. The cleaning fee is paid for in full by the guests. which is common practice with Airbnb 
COMMUNICATION
We will be available for support for both our clients and the guests. Any emails or queries will be responded to professionally and in a timely manner
